Welcome to RePlayClub, the toy library! These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website and our services. By using our website and entering into a RePlayClub subscription, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Subscription and credits

A RePlayClub subscription allows you to borrow toys through credits.
Subscriptions are available in different packages and prices.
Credits are credited when you return the borrowed toy.
The monthly subscription is renewed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation is effective the following month.
Subscriptions paid for 6 months or 12 months can be cancelled after the expiration of this period.
We do not work with refunds.

3. Toy choice and fun

You can choose toys you want to borrow for your kids from our diverse selection.
The number of credits determines the amount of toys you can borrow from our selection.
Toys must be handled with care and returned in the same condition.

4. Swap option

It is possible to swap the toys for new items for free every 30 days.
You can exchange the toys earlier than 30 days, for this we charge a surcharge of €7.
You can keep the toy until it is no longer wanted and as long as your subscription is valid.

5. Shipping and returns

We offer free shipping & return of toys to your residential address once a month.
return can be requested on the website through your account.
For multiple orders in the same month, we charge a surcharge of €7.
For multiple returns in the same month we charge a surcharge of €7.

6. Payment and billing

Payments for subscriptions are automatically processed through the specified payment method.
Invoices and payment information can be viewed and managed in your account.

7. Cancellation and refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time without further obligation.
Your subscription will be cancelled the first following month.
We do not work with refunds.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
