Still have questions? We’re happy to help
Is it worth the money?
A toy subscription stops you from buying new toys that get ignored after a few weeks. You only pay for what your child actually uses, and you keep things fresh.
When can I swap?
After 30 days you can easily swap for something new. It stays interesting without having to buy anything.
Is it clean and safe?
We clean and check every item thoroughly. Only complete, safe and tidy toys stay in our collection.
Can I pause or cancel whenever I want?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like. It stays flexible and fits your family.
What ages is it suitable for?
For children aged 0 to 8. Our range grows with every stage, from baby toys in the first months to challenging toys for toddlers and primary-school children.
What if my child breaks something?
Damage from normal use is covered. Children play, and we get that. We only charge a small fee for loss or serious damage.
