Credits

Credits are virtual coins you get with your RePlayClub membership. They are the key to ordering and enjoying our range of toys.

With the purchase of a RePlayClub membership, you will receive the chosen credits. You can use these credits to borrow toys.

Choose your desired toy from our selection and redeem your credits during checkout. The amount of credits you spend will be deducted from your total credit balance.

Yes, you can only order toys within the limits of your available credits. Make sure your credit balance is sufficient for the toys you want.

Unfortunately, credits can only be used to borrow toys, not buy them. If your child has become attached to a toy, please contact us. Together we can see if it is possible to take over the toy and on what terms.

If you run out of credits, you can still keep the fun going! Send toys you have returned for a “swap” and you will receive your credits back to your account. You can use this for new orders.

Subscriptions

We offer three different subscriptions: the Toy Bag, Toy Box and Toy Box. Each subscription has its own unique benefits and credit limits.

Yes, you can switch to another subscription at any time, but keep in mind that if you pay monthly and have opted for six months, the change can only take place at the end of your current subscription period.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the borrowed toys until the end of your current subscription month. After cancellation, all borrowed toys must be returned.

Swapping

A swap allows you to exchange borrowed toys for something else once a month. This is a chance to discover new toys at no extra cost.

We use this limit to promote sustainability and ensure that toys are properly cleaned and inspected before being re-lent.

This is possible, please contact customer service at klantenservice@replayclub.nl. However, please note that returns before 30 days are at your own expense.

Damage coverage

Yes! If the toy is accidentally damaged through normal use, we are happy to help you repair or replace it. Please let us know quickly at info@replayclub.nl

Don’t worry, accidents happen! We cover accidental damage and provide resolution. Report the damage within 24 hours. You can do this by sending an email to klantenservice@replayclub.nl or via chat support.

Oh no, lost a part? No problem, that can happen sometime! Contact us quickly via email info@replayclub.nl or chat support, and we’ll be happy to help. But please note that if this happens more often, unfortunately we cannot continue to cover everything. In that case, we may charge extra for replacement parts.

Delivery & Returns

Yes, both delivery and return of the toys are completely free. We want to make it as easy as possible for you.

We’ll send you an email and a Track & Trace link, so you can stay informed about the delivery status and know when the toy arrives at your doorstep. We strive to make this process as transparent and easy as possible for you.

On the account page, under “Orders,” you can specify which toys you want to return. Here you have the choice to return everything, keep only a few items, or return only the toys that have finished playing. We want to make the return process as simple and customizable as possible, so that it fits your needs perfectly.
