After 30 days, we offer free shipping and exchanges, so your kids can continue to learn optimally while reducing our impact on the environment. You will receive an email as soon as you can exchange again!
We hope your kids will love our toys. If they find a favorite they’d like to keep, our memberships offer a 15% discount off the retail price for purchase. Please contact contact us if your child doesn’t want to part with certain toys. We’ll be happy to help!
When sourcing our toys, we emphasize natural materials and finishes, such as solid lime wood blocks with water-based paint and beeswax finishes.
When toys are returned or exchanged, they are handled professionally. We thoroughly clean each toy with ATTITUDE. This EPA-registered disinfectant kills 99.9% of germs, including SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19, with no toxic chemicals, fragrances, dyes, preservatives or surfactants.
The toys are then air-dried, carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 days.
Play mats and textile-based toys are washed with hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, plant-based detergent from Seepje.

We know that toys can sometimes take a little damage during play – that’s part of the game! But if something is broken, we’d love it if you’d report it. That way we can make sure everything is taken care of properly.
Have you returned a toy set and find something is missing? No problem, we don’t charge extra. And if you find the missing parts later, feel free to send them along with your next return. Just send an email to info@replayclub.nl and we’ll take care of it for you!
