It sometimes seems that way. Many parents first compare it to new toys. Until they notice how much time, mess and hassle it saves.
After 30 days, you can exchange for other toys. Exchanges are included in your subscription – you don’t pay separate fees.
With normal use, damage is not a problem. We are happy to think with you about repair or replacement.
Yes, with a monthly subscription you can pause or stop whenever you want.
If you choose to pay annually, your subscription will run until the end of that period.
